I feel your pain, hon. I have bad knees, actually I can have teh left on replaced if I want it is so bad but I'm only 45 yrs. old and I will put that off as long as possible. I'm also bottom heavy, now that I have a job that I'm doing alot more walking and standing, my knees and legs hurt too. I did get a shot of cordisone in my knee in March and that helped alot. The Dr. also said taking Glucosamine with Chondroitin is supposed to help otherwise just Tylenol. I may look into what SweetSue says she does too. Anyway, good luck and I hope your knees and legs get better soon. Just know, I feel your pain.

THank you Jean! Pain stinks no matter where it is! My job as a hairstylist makes it more painful as I don't move around as much, more staying in one spot which kills! My doc is on the path to getting me better!

I have heard that although the weight is taken off, the joints have still endured a lot at the heavier weight, but I've got to believe that something must have happened for you to just all of a sudden be feeling the pain. Cortisone shot?

I hope you find relief soon darlin'!

Hey Sweetie Pie! I miss you! Thanks for the well wishes. Not sure what happened other then my vericous veins started to flare and thenthe knees. Now I am just following doc's orders!
