I just want to echo what the others have already said above me...you look FANTASTIC. Don't worry about it - I have gotten comments like that too, and most of them are from people that love and care about me, but aren't used to seeing the "real" me...only the fat one. Just like it takes our brains to wrap around the new us, it takes their brains a while to do the same thing. Just ask them - if they hadn't known you before surgery, would they still think that way? Make them really think about it...help their brains get wrapped around the concept (and the reality) of the new you.

You guys are so good to me. Thanks! I must have had a bad day. I mean I should be grateful that I'm not sick or having issues with surgery, etc. All of your suggestions and comments help. THANKS!

I think I'm going to try Darla's suggestion. Boy that would sure shut them up quickly!
