I love water so drinking it is never an issue. I have always taken vitamins so they are not a problem either. Thanks for the reminder though.

I neeed to refocus on myself; I fell off the wagon and started eating like crap this week! 

I think I saw I was 1 lb away from losing 100 lbs and maybe sabatoaged my efforts!!  So I gained 4 lbs since last week!!!

This week no Cheez-Its; no pop;!!!!

I will drink all my water!  I will watch my portion size!! On Friday (pay day) I will go join Curves! Most importantly I will take my vitamins!!!!!!!

Good morning, all~

I'm weighing in at 156.  I guess at over 3 years out I should be glad that I'm eaking my way downwards instead of going up. 

On the  lighter side  (haha--very slight pun...) I am diligent on taking my vits and minerals. Yay me!

I still do have an ultimate goal of 150!!   My life is in such chaos now with NO source of income that my faith that God DOES have a job for me is wavering.   And that is affecting my H2O intake--and grazing.

I have been working out really hard at our local Y and it really seems to be helping.

Jess, 40lbs in 6 weeks thats fantastic!!!!  From experience keep up the physcial exercise!  You will not only look thinner but feel a whole lot better.

Kim, your not alone.  We all have bad weeks, days, hours.  But we all have a decision that we need to be better than that.  You can do it, get on track again!  You owe it to yourself no one else.

I am horrible about getting my vits in...I do really well with the water, but vitamins are just something that I struggle with.

Sounds like several of us had a bad week this past week - I too had issues with grazing and too many carbs...jumping back on the wagon and watching what goes in my mouth, when it goes in and WHY it is going in!
