Saying goodbye to my scale

It has caused me grief the last few weeks and I just can't do it any more... so for now, I am getting rid of the scale.

I got to a point where I wanted to take a shotgun and take it out back, so I knew it was time.

I took Buffy's approach --- called my roommate and told him to take the scale and hide it somewhere so I can't find it.

I hope not having the scale will be freeing.

I did the same thing after surgery and for me it has been liberating just focusing on what I should be doing not a number on a scale. I will be interested to see how it works for ya!

Elena.....so nice to see you at MG coffee this morning.

If putting the scale away for now helps then I agree that that is what you need to do. Smart to have your roommate hide it ....now you can't be tempted.
