surgery in 12 days

Hi my first post. Surgery on the 21st at Unity. What should I expect?

Just relax and do exactly what your surgeon says and life will change before you know it.  There will be some soreness, fear, reluctance to eat and other things, but your journey is what you make of it.  Acceptance and a positive attitude make all the difference!

Hey! Welcome! There is a handful of us bandsters here. I also recommend going to the LapBand forum, if you haven't yet.

I was at the hospital overnight and pretty gassy and sore the first 4 days.... then at about a week out, I felt like myself again!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
