Brief Update Re Linda Anne

I've had a couple of calls re our gal.  She is in recovery and it appears she will be in the hospital for 3 to 5 days.  They could not do lap surgery so she has about a 4" incision.  A couple of issues were found and corrected (hopefully).  One being a couple of twists (constrictions)  in her colon and the other dealing with adhesions. 

Barb B is at hospital with Brian and will keep us updated, I am sure. I  have left a message for Brian on their home phone to call me; but I'm sure he will be at the hospital most of the time.  Her girls are with their Dad; so hopefully this will allow Linda not to get overly  anxious over her girls.  (You know Linda.....She worries over everyone and everything.)

That is the latest word I have....If anyone else has heard anything else or anything different, please let me know.  As much as I would love to be up there with Brian and Barb, I do not believe that with my recent issues that I should chance her being near me nor me near her. (Damn)  I do hope I'll be able to talk with her over the phone in a day.

Linda, I think she really wanted a "boob job"; but guess in would have been to difficult to do from the area of her incision. (sic)

Whew were we ever busy tonight!!! I snuck out the back door and raced down to the waiting room to see her family, found Barb and her hubby there. They were still working away fixing Linda up at that time. My surgeon was in there helping as well, she was in real good hands. I ended up being busy right up until it was time for me to go home at 11p and I figured that wouldn't be the best time to go visit! I am looking forward to another update tomorrow, I hope she's doing well!
