OT: The Last Concert

Coming up this Sunday is the International Festival in Eden Prairie.  It starts around 3PM and goes until Cyril Paul does his concert around 7PM.  I'm splitting the shift with my partner JOE *** some of you may remember him), but I get to mix Cyril Paul...this is my last real concert.  Okay, there is one more concert next Wednesday that I'm working, but it's an orchestra...so unless that is really your thing...well anyway...Cyril Paul is worth getting to.

So there you have it...the season is sadly coming to an end.


(BTW, the International Festival is NOT at Purgatory Creek Park, it's at Staring Lake Park...see brochure)

But alas, the very last event are movie nights on the 15th and 16th.  After the 16th, we box up the stuff and store it til next June.  Kinda sad really

Ooooh... this is very tempting....  part Shangoya, part cruise ship, it got my blood a-flowin' Mon!  Elena, will you dance with me, baby?!?

What part of Staring Lake will the concert be at?  I'm assuming it won't be the amphitheater - the dance floor there SUCKS!

Staring Lake Park, it's not the actual amphitheater but right next to it.  If you head to the AMPH, you won't miss it.

Yep I am  sure to wiggle at least a little.... that music sounds FANTASTIC!!! And perhaps Paul will fix us both a mai tai! lol

OK - there is always one who has to be different.  I am interested in the orchestra concert.  What time, which orchestra, what are they playing?  I have a 17 yr old who is interested as well.Thanks!

The concert will start at 7:00 Wednesday Aug 13th.  Bring a lawn chair if you decide on coming.

Well, if I am not working, and grabbing every hour I can to pull myself out of this mess.....I will be there... I am ready for a good time!!!!!

And with Elena and Darla there, and of course Paul, how could I not!!!!!
