8-5 and today I will
Morning!! Today is a new day - I've screwed upa bit already this morning - I blame it on Roger lol not really... he unearthed my sugar free cookies and not htinking I grabbed the last few and had with coffee this morning... ok yes I thought about it - but obviously not long enough. They are gone now though so will happen no more. I just can't have them in the house. I'll stick to the 100 cal packs if I want a treat. At least those are portioned out. Thanks Nicole for letting me know about them!!
Today I will:
- walk
- vitamins
- get some sun
- listen to music
- eat good meals and proper snacks!
Yesterday I:
was so darn tired I don't remember lol I know I ate a couple of things... didn't drink enough water, got trained in on a new job that is more physical (go figure!) and just plain wore myself out. Today is a new day :)

Hello! I sort of missed this today, but I think set everything out in my post earlier this afternoon. The shortened version....Today I will...clean out my desk, cupboards, fridge and freezer of unhealthy carbs and restock with good sources of protien and complex/healthy carbs, go through cookbooks and SML's Before & After to get some good recipes so I can plan out meals in advance, do laundry, go for a run, get in 100 plus oz of walter/CL and escape this web of carbs and snacking!
