Well what a BEAUTIFUL Monday morning it is!  Good morning my friends!  This is going to be a WONDERFUL day!  Right??

Our challnge for today is to LIVE!  We had this surgery to make us feel better.  We had this surgery to live a new life.  We had this surgery to become skinny and beautiful.  Let's live and act like we look and feel now!  Do something today that you couldn't do before surgery.  It will make you appreciate LIFE and HOW you are able to LIVE!!  I am so thankful for WLS and OH and how they have bothed given me a new life.  I feel totall so much better!  LIVE today!  LET US COME ALIVE AND LIVE!!

So, what cha sippin' on this morning?  My Bunn is GONE finally so I have to go use the 2 cup maker.  NOt sure what I'll make, but it'll be good whatever I decide!  I think I will have some Regular Blend maxwell house though.

Ya'll have a blessed and wonderful day as you LIVE!!!!

Good Morning Randall!   Yes, we do need to LIVE!  Yesterday I had a great day that totally encompassed living including doing the Rip Cord (Free fall sort of thing from really, really high up) at ValleyFair and I went on so many rides, I felt totally alive!  Today, I will go running after work, something that before WLS I thought would never, ever be possible.  I am heading off to work and will be picking up some Starbucks coffee on my way in as I didn't get to bed until 12:30 am so I definitely need some caffiene!  Have a blessed day my friend!  ~Nicole  P.S. Good to see ya'll made it back okay!

Good Morning Randall!!

I am so glad to know you made it back home safely. It was wonderful to see you again Saturday at MG. It was a pleasure meeting Allison and Torey too. I can see the love in Lucy's eyes when she is with them. They seem to adore her too. What a wonderful family you make!

I will LIVE today...not sure what I will do yet but I will think of something.  We all need to remember to do so now and then!!

As usual I am sipping my Crystal Light Peach Tea. I am enjoying this quiet and beautiful morning.

Thank you for the prayers for Nic. I so appreciate the kindness.

Have a blessed day.

I will be seeing you soon, the wedding is coming up quickly!

Love and hugs....connie d

Thanks for the reminder.  I'm 7.5 weeks post-op and I feel like I continue to be back on the path to life as opposed to the direction I was heading pre-op.  Every morning when I wake up and can do more than I have been able to in a long time I feel blessed.  The new things I can do may be subtle and are things that others take for granted, but not me.  And I look forward to the new blessings that will come with time as I continue to work this tool.

Good morning Randy!  (nights/days reversed, it sure IS morning for me and am raring to go all night with cable movies, catching up on Emails and the MN, OFF, Graduates, and Plastic Surgery boards!  Wed. evening and Sat/ MG coffees were a blast!  At Caribou MG Sat., I'd picked up a dozen $4.00 off Nikolodeon passes, so willl get friends, nieces/nephews to go before their schools start!  Yes, I've gratefully expanded my social adventures the past several weeks, and am thrilled to pieces having positive outing options!  And I want to get down for yours and Lucy's wedding so badly, I'm definitely going to see what transpires on this end!  If it's meant for me to be there, things will work out.  Glad you had an uneventful drive back to 'bama!  As usual, your morning wake-up messages are so inspiring and excellent daily goals to fullow through!  I'm definitely living life at large, enjoying every single moment with people from OH with whom I've become better acquainted!  "Ya, fer shir, you bett'cha!?!!"  Be blessed and happy aways dear friend!  Oceans of love and hugs galore, Patti
