Need some advice..13 lbs in 2 months......
Thanks so much for your advice. I have a whole new outlook on things today, thanks to all of this help here. I went grocery shopping and I have just what I need. I am recording everything on daily plate for a bit to make sure that I am getting the right amount inl. I am also measuring just to make sure. :O) It feels good. I am back on track. I will totally stay away from the white flour, breads, pretzels.....all of that. I did need to pull in the reins a bit here....that feels good. :O)
