For the first time ever I saw the scale drop BELOW 250. I never thought I would see the day. It's taken 5 years to get here.
Oh, BTW, Aug 15th, my VALLEY FAIR EXCURSION day....happens to be my SURGIVERSARY from my FIRST SURGERY. I'm now only about 20lbs from losing a total of 200lbs.
This just occured to me.
Cool eh?

That is awesome.... though I am envious.... now I have to catch up to you and reach the 240s.... time to get my butt exercising ASAP!!
We'll have to celebrate your surgiversary at VF -- with something....non-food.... if that's possible at VF!!

That is so awesome-those of us who start with a BMI over 50 really have to take the long term view, because it takes longer for us to lose the amount of weight we want/need to. I would love to be a VF with you on the 15th, but time off is not going to happen for me that day-so enjoy your surgiversary and have LOTS of fun riding the rides.
We rode the Rock Bottom Plunge at MOA last night-it is SO FUN!! I love being able to fit in rides again, I am a roller coaster freak!
hugs and congrats to you!
