8/01 Today I will...
Good Morning and TGIF! Well, today I finally have a normal workload after 4-10 hour days so I can do a little OH while working! I am so glad that it is Friday and I have a relaxing weekend ahead, but it is hard to believe that I only have 3 weeks until fall semester starts...yikes! Well, it is supposed to be nice out this weekend and I am very grateful that the humidity is gone. I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday! Today I will....get in 100 oz of liquid, eat 3 meals, have snacks only if I need them no mindless eating at night, get some paperwork sent out in the mail, go for a run and do sculpting video, do laundry, do dishes and organize fridge to see what is needed for groceries, and get to bed by 11:00 or 11:30 (I am allowing myself to stay up a little later since I can sleep in a bit tomorrow). Yesterday I...drink 100 ounces or more of liquids--well if you count the coffee then yes, otherwise I was lacking in this category yesterday, eat 3 good meals--didn't do so good with dinner last night, but did well with breakfast and lunch, protien first--yup, eggs, cheese & turkey sausage for breakfast, chicken on spinach salad for lunch and turkey/cheese roll ups for dinner snack only when hungry not because I am bored or tired--did really good during the day, but at night well let's just say it is a work in progress, go for a walk and do sculpting video--I actually went for a run, didn't do the sculpting video because it was getting late and I needed to eat, and go to bed by 10:30 or 11:00 pm--my little butt was in bed at 11 pm.

I did ok keeping things simple yesterday. I ate ok - ham salad and I don't get along but I had egg too so was ok. Had some string cheese and a part of a protein bar... I know I ate something else but can't remember :)
Had to deal with one of Brianna's kittens being sick and Roger's Chi getting beat up again. Also took a nap in the sun while Roger worked on teh boat... OH! had 2 chicken strips lol
I drank water all evening at work and went home early as there was nothing for me to do. Tonight is the street dance so I get to leave work at 830 and head down the street and relax for a few hours :) I'm looking forward to it! Having a heck of a time finding something to wear though! I want to dress up but it's not that kind of event. oh well! it's still going to be fun!!
So, Today I will:
- relax and enjoy work
- eat well
- drink lots of water before the dance
- take it easy on the alcohol remembering that I have to drive home
- enjoy a boat ride this morning!

Lori~It sounds like a fun day today! I would say wear something that is casual, but a little dressed up since you want to dress up a bit! A nap in the sun sounds good, I may have to do that tomorrow....grab my iPod, a blanket and head to the park or beach! I have not tried ham salad, but at least now you know to avoid it since it doesn't like you so much! I hope you have a wonderful Friday and enjoy your evening of fun! Love & hugs! Nicole
