OT - Sonic in Elk River

For those who wanted to know....

Looks like they are open right now, but rumor has it that its by special invitation today and tomorrow.  Official opening is Friday!!

It is so clustered with traffic, I will admit it is going to sux trying to get in and out of my office because of the traffic.  Cops are out there directing traffic, very congested!!!

Sounds to me like when Krispy Kreme opened in Maple Grove - traffic cops, winding lines, mass hysteria.

I hear there is a Sonic going into Savage some where too, my parents were saying. I've always hated those commercials, teasing those who don't even have one in their area with all those yummy looking drinks. I suppose I won't be Sonic-ing after surgery anyway, but would love to try a few things before.

Oh but you can get yummy drinks after surgery...........the Diet Cherry Limeaid is to DIE for.  LOL

That's a blended drink, isn't it?  'cuz I LOVE me some "Sam's Choice" SF Cherry Limeaid!   Maybe I ought  to take it for a spin with some cubes in my bullet???

The one I have at Sonic isn't blended but they have great ice there....lol....yeah I am still addicted to ice.  But yeah the walmart/sams cherry limeaid is awesome in the bullet with ice. :)

I was HORRIBLY addicted to chewing ice for YEARS!!!  The day after my hysterectomy?  Done.  No more ice chewing, and I didn't even realize it until I returned to work 6 weeks later! 

Doc said it was because of my being so low on iron, my body was trying to get it from the minerals in water.  Have you had your iron checked recently???  Or are you just an ice ***** 

I know that my iron is low.......can't seem to get my hemoglobin above a 10.  My Dr isn't really too proactive about it.  I have been planning on going to a new Dr closer to home - so hopefully one day we can get it up there.

Probably a bit of an ice ***** too....lol.  Although I didn't start chewing until after my plastic surgery a year ago.

Of course I am likely to wait a few weeks before fighting the traffic.........either that or maybe try to hit it late at night. :)
