I guess for me its really how truly hard this is. We always comment on how this is not the easy way out and that is for sure. I find that this journey has many positive aspects about it but, it is really hard. When you hit a stall I think that is when at least for me it comes into perspective more. I'm always questioning what I'm eating, did I work out enough or did I work out, then you tend to at times compare yourself to others.With your body changing so much and so quickly it really consumes your thoughts and times. Really its a mental game. I was not ever thinking I wouid have to deal so much into the mental part of it all. (there I go not thinking again HA HA).
Also I would never have dream that I would have met so many wonderful people to share this journey with. People who I will call friends for a long time.

Good reminder about post op water retention. I was blown up for 2 + weeks after c-section with Lauren in December. It was HORRID!
