7/29 Today I will....
Well, this has got to be short again today as all week my OH time during the day will be severely limited. Today I will....get in lots of liquid (100 oz plus) and include cranberry juice, no grazing, protien first, if pain persists, get to the doctor (I think I have a UTI), exercise, get to bed by 10:30 pm. Yesterday I....get in at least 100 ounces of liquid---yup got in around 125 oz, eat 3 meals--yup had all three solid meals, protien first--good protien (lunch tuna & cheese, dinner chicken), no grazing--still working on this, go for a walk tonight and do abs workout--yep and boy did it feel good, and continue with new bedtime of 10:30 pm--yup it is working well
Good morning! It seems like the week is going to go fast again. Monday just flew by.
My day started out well, but then my eating and supplements got off base when I spent much longer than I thought cleaning our theater room and playing video games (as breaks in between moving heavy objects). But the theater room is clean and ready for the DirecTV guy to hook up a new DVR! Too bad eating and supplementing had to pay the price.
But, since I cleaned I get credit for the cleaning and organizing goal. And I also added a few more of my recipes into the MasterCook program. I prefer to do my own cooking (much healthier than convenience foods or eating out) but I've struggled with making dailyplate work effectively with recipes (I may be just missing something). Anyway, MasterCook has a great nutritional analysis program so I know exactly what I am eating and its nutritional value. The only problem that I have is that it is a few years old and I'm finding that some foods that are gaining new popularity (like tilapia) need to be added to the nutritional database. It's only a minor inconvenience though because the interface to add new foods is pretty straightforward and the USDA database website has all of the necessary information. Anyway, I highly recommend it to anyone that is interested.

Jen~Good work on the Theatre Room and how cool to have a room like that! Hopefully you will be able to get your food & supplements on track tonight and tomorrow! My day is going to be focused on the bathroom... I had tried to make a work list for the house for the week but found that I had piled way to much on each day. So I'm going to take a room a week and thoroughly clean it - then those that are clean should only have to be maintained... Have to see how it works.
Today I Will:
- vitamins
- water
- protein first
- work on the bathroom and putting laundry away
Yesterday I:
- vitamins - Yeppers
- water - I did better than the day before and that is my goal... a bit better each day!
- protein first - Went to Roger's and had a braut for lunch with potato salad and had cheese and protein bar at night.
- laundry and pick up the bedroom - got it! Also tried on the formals I bought and found that the smaller sizes are the ones that fit! I have a gorgeous copper skirt and a brown velvet corset for the Gala!! I'm going to bead the top :) I'm pretty excited about it!!

WTG on the outfit Lori! I think your plan of attack for the house sounds good! yes, the additional sleep is making me feel mch better, which is good cause I am working my hiney off at work this week so I need to be well rested. I actually broke down and turned on the AC this morning so hopefully I can sleep even better tonight! Glad to hear the water is going better!
