YOUR biggest WOW thus far! I know there are many but let's think about the one that blew us away!

Mine would be the first time I realized that I DESERVE to be happy, cherished, love, live, enjoy life!! That I don't have to hide anymore! I can be me! That I deserve the best there is. Granted this is still a work in progress, but when I realized that it just blew me away!

I'm still too new for any WOW moments that are a really big deal to anyone but me - but for me it is being able to stand and walk around for longer periods of time. I used to do ALL of my shopping online because it was physically painful to go shopping and I dreaded going to social events where I wouldn't be able to sit most of the time. Now I don't worry about these things because I can stand and move around for quite a while. It's changed my life significantly.

There are so many.... the newest one for me was hubby taking me to Victoria Secret and being able to try on anything and have the XS pants fit knowing a small would be better but still getting them on !

The best is being on the outside what I felt I was on the inside.

Thats been the best so far!

So I just got back from Florida and i actually spent the whole day at the pool, IN MY BATHING SUIT!!!!!! No shirt over it, and not shorts! I started off with little shorts but they kept falling off in the water so I took them off and stayed without them the entire day! NO ONE ran for the hills!!!! LOL! I never would have done that before!

There have been so many, each with there own significance. (sp?)

I'd have to say the wedding I was just at....All the mouth drops I saw....The compliments....And people not recongising me.....It was the biggest day for me thus far.........

My biggest and greatest WOW came on 10/27/2006. Immediately tears came to my eyes as I saw the most beautiful sight I had ever seen. A beautiful 7lb 14 oz...19.4 inch baby girl. Sadie Mae has been the joy of our lives ever since. She would not be here except for my WLS. The fact that I can run and chase her is just icing to the cake. I actually ran when she started for the parking lot this weekend. After I caught her I thought wow...was that me that was running. We tried for a few months before deciding on WLS to have a baby with no luck. Between not getting pregnant and my much much better health to give us a healthy pregnancy and beautiful outcome...this surgery has put so much joy in our lives.
