This journey is way more then just losing weight. That is actually the easiest part. This "new" us has many other issues to face along the way.
I am so glad you are seeking help. I adore my therapist aqnd thank God for him everyday!! Sometimes I need him more then others but he is always there and I know I can count on him to get me through the rough spots.
