PNC Support Group Last Night

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the PNC group last night.  I had procrastinated FOREVER getting to one, but am so glad I finally did.  Really wish I could have stayed later, but had another commitment.  Who knows...maybe I'll make it to a coffee gathering soon too :)  It was so interesting seeing and hearing from people that I only read about here on the board.

Thanks!  I'm really impressed at how well you're doing with your band.  My cousin has one and isn't really losing at all.  She mustn't have found her "sweet spot" yet.

I'm really psyched to come soon.  Unfortunately, I have company this weekend and can't make it to MG.

What was the topic of the meeting last night? And.....there was someone going to share protien bars. What's the scoop on those? Brand? Flavor???

I had always read about the PNC group and can now say I HIGHLY recommend going there - even if you are a FSWLS patient (like me).  It rocked!!!

When are they?

The 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 6/p to 7:30/p.  Some people meet for coffee beforehand at a nearby shop.
