Help! Dumping or Low Blood Sugar?
After it had lasted more than an hour I went down to the cafe and got some fresh fruit (2 pieces of pineapple, 1/4 strawberry and 1 piece honeydew melon). It seems to be helping, my mind already feels better no more swimmy, lightheadedness. Let's hope it was just a low blood sugar thing and not dumping cause with the sugar from the fruits I could end up doing it all over again.
Oh yes, I get at least 100 ounces in every day. I knew it wasn't that as well because when it hit I was drinking CL. I am feeling much better now after going and getting a few pieces of fresh fruit. I was just so afraid to try eating something in case I was dumping I didn't want to make it worse, but I figured after it lasting for more than an hour and getting worse rather than better it must be low blood sugar.
