No exercise wows for me lately - I get out everyday with Alfie to walk the dog park, but no running involved and no wows.

Thanks for sharing - you are a great inspiration to others.

Getting out EVERYDAY to walk the doggie is super!    That IS a wow!  

I have to admit that my knees hurt the next day after running.  :O(  I am really bummed, but thankful they don't bother me after classes at the club.  Maybe I just need new running shoes?

That's great news! I can't wait to join the 'runners club'.   I have my surgery coming up and I know how good I feel when I walk and I try to power walk a little and though my spirit is in it, my legs haven't caught up yet. If I pu**** I end up with a cramp!
I keep telling myself to wait until the pounds come off...I'm gonna be one of those women running in my neighborhood!

Congrats! Keep up the great exercise WOW moments!

You will be feeling so great soon!   It is super that you are exercising before surgery!  That really does make a difference....keep it up.  :O)    My opinion is don't try to power walk if you end up with cramps.  Just walking is good too...don't cha' think?

Hey Lisa- Good for U!!!!  My wow moment came last night.  I went for my normal run of 8 miles 3x per week.  I was feeling so spry that i went another 4miles.  So when i ended up back at home at 930pm I had run a total of 12miles!!!!!!  Never in my life have i been able or willing to run for that long.  This new life style I'm living is amazing. I also went to see my Nurse for 6 month check-up, I will update my profile tonight to reflect outcomes.  SOME AMazing Numbers

Way to go on your running!  I think what I noticed most recently about exercising is I'm actually getting some biceps on my arms.  I've been lifting some weights at night while I watch TV and the other day I looked at my arm and saw MUSCLES
