What do YOU know about wheatgrass? Do you take it?
I have heard it is the BEST for people. So...I went to the co-op today and had a shot. They make it right there, you take a shot, swi**** in your mouth for 30 seconds and then swallow it. They give you an piece of an orange to suck on afterwards to take the taste away. It is suppose to make people feel amazing! I already felt amazing, so I'm waiting to see if amazing can move to even better than amazing! HA!
