Can you believe its been 7 months already? I sure can't! Its amazing how time flies and life changes in just a short amount of time!! This journey has been amazing. I would have to say that most of it I did not expect. There is really alot that you do not learn in the classes and research. I certainly never expected my life to change so much. I have met so many great people from this board. I now have a somewhat booming social life. At least as much as a wife and mom can have!! I love all of the relationships I have created through this journey. You all are so supportive and encouraging. For that I thank you.

My relationship with my dear husband has only gotten better through this process! He is so amazing and supportive. He has been great about letting his wife have a social life. Lukas has enjoyed meeting so many of you! You have all been so great to him!! Lukas also enjoys Mom being much more active. Lukas now has a riding partner for ALL the rides at Valleyfair! Oh its been fun!! For Lukas the scarier and the faster the better. Dad can't handle that!! HA HA

Well, 7 months out and I'm down about 114-116lbs depending on the mood of the scale. I was wearing a size 30 (tight) when this journey started and now about a 16/18 on bottom and a large/x-large on top. I'm completely amazed with the changes in my sizes!! Shopping is certainly more fun!!

I tried on my 30 jeans today. It was fun to go back and see the difference. I posted a picture for you to see too.

Where ever you are on your journey I wish you nothing but the best!! It is an wonderful gift we have given to ourselves. Cherish each moment on your journey!!! Best wishes.

Hey sweetie you are doing amazing. You look FRICKEN great.... WOW it is amazing how much we all change. It's crazy. Cole says look at your wing arms and laughs LITTLE STINKER..... oh well I am proud of them. Keep up the great work you look fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
