Deficiency List

I came across this DEFICIENCY LIST.

It has symptoms and what vitamin you might possibly be deficient in.  A few people have said it looks pretty accurate so I thought it'd be good to share with you guys!  I've bookmarked the site!

Thanks Peach........Why don't Doctors tell us this stuff.......I could have been taking these vitamins for my farsightedness....(sp?)
