A WOW for Me!

They took a new picture of me today at work for my business cards.  What a surprise when we put my picture from last year next to my new picture-http://www.obesityhelp.com/photos/uzone,photos/action,gallery/albumId,41854/curPhoto,320547/             I am just so tickled with the difference!

Isn't it amazing how we can see ourselves every day and not really SEE ourselves, but one lookj at a picture and BAM! it is so awesome and obvious. Keep up the great work!

Thanks You guys!  Pretty proud of myself- it has been a little rough the first 2 months and I had questioned if I had done the right thing- But it is getting better and the results are so awesome- Not just the way I look but the way I feel- NO More Knee pain!  Blood Sugar Normal!  Sleeping better and more energy!

Those first couple of months are the toughest... but yep, it does get much better...soooo much better.
