7/14 Today I will...
Happy Monday! Well, it sounds like today is going to be beautiful outside so hopefully we are all able to get out and enjoy it a little. Today I will...get in 100 ounces of water/CL, stick to meal plan, really pay attention to carbs, get nails done (acrylics off real nails done), go for a walk (20 minutes or so), pick up new contact, and get to bed by midnight. Yesterday I...get in at least 100 ounces of water/CL--did really good with this and a lot more just plain water too, stick to meal plan and draft meal plan for the rest of the week--Did okay to start out with, but then went downhill and crashed by the end of the night; today is a new day though and I get to start over. Did make meal plans for today and tomorrow, do pilates/upper body strength training and maybe some non-standing yoga poses--did some ab work and upper body work on my own, and get my butt in bed by 11:30 pm tonight so Monday morning is not quite so difficult--nope, I ended up talking to Musa until 11:45 or so then I couldn't seem to fall asleep so I think I finally got to bed aroun 1 am.

Yesterday I did:
Only had 40 oz. water, was working outside and lost track of time..........
Ate Jimmy Dean's D-lite Turkey sausage muffin for breakfast
Lunch- Chicken on 1 piece whole wheat bread with 1T. miricle whip
Supper- 1/2 cheesehamburger patty, (no bun) with a slice of tomato, lettuce, 1T. mayo & Ketchup. 1/4 c. fresh frozen corn, 1/2 c. watermelon.
I got in alot of different exercise- took a 2 mile walk outside, tried to run but got bad pain in my hip so just walked, re-transplanted about 7 Lilac bushes, mowed the front yard, weed wipped the yard, put together tomato cages and got them on my plants. Cut my hubby's hair.
For fun I went into the pool and fell asleep in the raft...........
