Sunday 7/13 Today I will....
Well, I am up a lot earlier than I thought I would be this morning after have two nights up past 1 am, but I am actually awake and enjoying a really good omlette I decided to make for myself. It looks to be an absolutely gorgeous day outside today and I so wish I could go out for a walk/run, but I am being good and stying off it and keeping it iced and elevated. I may work on some art projects today to keep myself busy. I have a candle thing to paint and then I picked up some new beads a couple of weeks ago when JoAnne Fabrics was having a big sale, so maybe I will make myself a cute new bracelet, necklace or anklet! We will see what happens. Any way enought blabbing from me. Today I will....get in at least 100 ounces of water/CL, stick to meal plan and draft meal plan for the rest of the week, do pilates/upper body strength training and maybe some non-standing yoga poses, and get my butt in bed by 11:30 pm tonight so Monday morning is not quite so difficult. Yesterday I....didn't get a chance to post, but here is what I accomplished: darank 100+ ounces of water/CL, went to MG coffee, made wise food choices (kept carbs to a minimum), enjoyed a day with old friends, and iced/elevated ankle in the morning and then when I came home last night.
I'm here... not in the mood to post right now... and I can't get this damn editor to work so everything is double spaced.
