OMG!  Talk about a tease! It sounds like you got some good advise from everyone else.  The only thing I have to add is to keep faith that the Lord will bring you through all of this.   I will say a prayer that perhaps when you call and talk to them they have overturned your denial!  Love & Hugs! Well, I would just call on Monday and say you got their letter about post op care and say you are glad they overturned their denial and ask if they'd like the number to Dr. Buchwald's office to reschedule your surgery. 

But seriously, that's just weird and I'm sorry that that happened Amy.  I am really hoping 3 times a charm!!!

WOW.... Talk about things that make you go "hmmm...."

Make the call, insist on talking with someone - personalize your case, so that they are reminded they're dealing with something extremely important to a living, breathing CLIENT, not just some piece of paper in their pile.  That you need the surgery to take charge your health, before your weight causes you any number of other VERY EXPENSIVE weight related health issues!

This IS gonna happen for you, Amy.  I have faith that you deserve this, and the good LORD will see that you get it!!
