My life changed forever! Currently I have lost over 100 lbs and holding. My starting weight was 283 (highest was 315) and currently I'm 180. I was down to 163 last year but with some complications I had I gained. I'm working very hard at losing these last 20 lbs again. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for being here and very supportive the last 3 years and all the great advice (even though I didn't always listen, even though I should have) but I'm learning and the doctor changed my stomach not the mind and that is something that I need to work on. I'm enjoying life so much more now and have so much more energy I feel at times there is nothing holding me down anymore.

Tammy, Congrat's on 3 years.......My bariatric nurse did tell me that after a year we gain 10% of the weight back. So you are doing just fine....... Ya, If our Doctors could omly do surgery on our minds........ Life is so much better.......Congrat's and good luck with the last 20 pounds..... Kelly
