Thursday 7/10 Today I will...
Okay so I am getting this started a little earlier today because I know I have a lot to do at work today and I have to leave early for a doctor's appointment, so no OH at work for me today. Today I will...get in at least 100 ounces of water/CL, eat only what is on my meal plan today, go to doctor's appointment (hopefully nothing major is wrong w/my ankle/foot), exercise (if unable to run will do pilates dvd), work on knitting or painting tonight to keep me occupied (with anything other than food), do laundry, and get to bed before midnight

Yesterday I...get in 100+ ounces of water--did not do very well here, only about 70 ounces, stick to meal plan (new approach to managing food)--did well until I started cleaning out the cupboards, but better than lately, stay focused at work (I have tons of accounts to work today)--did pretty good, call and make an appointment if ankle doesn't feel better by this afternoon--yes, unfortunately it looks more swollen now and hurts as soon as I put any weight on the foot--appointment @2:45 pm, go to coffee then PNC support group tonight--yep, lots of fun and get to bed by/before 11:30 pm--nope lost track of time & ended up in bed around 12:15.

Good morning!
I'm slow today... woke up at about 4am thinking I was having a heart attack. Laid quiet and ran symptoms through my head and figured out I should be safe. But DAMN! my left side is hurting :( Not sure if I laid wrong or picked something up at work wrong. *shrug* I'll be monitoring it today.
Had a few interesting things happen last night at work though. I love my union steward :) We are setting things up so that work can't mess with me again :) It will make life a bit more comfy! I'm so tired of watching over my shoulder... so now, even though I do my very best to not exceed my restrictions, just in case I do (like lifting my grandson and hugging him), I'm protected. Today I WILL! - drink liquids *20oz coffee *20oz coffee - eat right and track my intake * - vitamins AM:
PM: - exercise Steps: Mon - 14119 Tues - 16189 Wed - 13789 Thurs - Fri - Sat - Sun - Yesterday I: - drink liquids *20oz coffee *20oz coffee *18oz CL *18oz CL *20oz CL - eat right and track my intake *1/2 cheddarwurst

* 2oz nuts * 1/4C chicken noodle soup * apple * dozen saltines with ICBINB (which may have had something to do with my pain) - vitamins AM: check!
PM: check! - exercise Got my walk in but late... I don't like walking that late. I keep looking at the therabands and thinking about wrapping them around my desk and working my legs at work lol I really miss my night time walks and pacing around the parking lot at work just isn't the same. Maybe I can find a new place to go on break. The guys were giving me guff... told them they like looking at my ass now I gotta do something to make it nice! lol Got a buch of laughs for that one. They are a good bunch and most are willing to come out and walk with me to keep me company :)

Lori~Sounds like you are really getting all of your ducks in a row, what a great feeling to not feel like you have to be on guard 24/7. I was wondering what "ICBINB" means? I tried to figure it out, but couldn't come up with anything. Glad to hear you have some good co-workers, it makes life a lot easier when you work with at least some people you enjoy! Great job on keeping up with the vitamins you are doing great! Maybe see if you can map out a route around your building if you are permited to leave the grounds on your break that would change it up a bit from just doing laps around the parking lot.
