My sister's weight loss doctor recommended A.C.T (Advanced Cell Therapy) and I got some in the mail today.  It's a sugar-free, caffeine-free nutrional energy drink.  22 calories,  20 mg sodium, 5 g carbs and 4 g sugars (I think they're from fruit juice extracts).  It tasted a little strong, but it took effect really quick and lasted a fairly long time.  I give it an A+!

Sorry, I should have explained it better in my post.  Yes, it gives you energy.  But it doesn't make you all jittery and shaky like some of the other drinks on the market.  And I definitely like the fact it doesn't have caffeine.

It gives ya the non-jittery kind of energy.  I'm just having another packet of it this morning :)  My sister had to order it online and sent some to me.  I just did a google search for "advanced cell therapy" and there are a few places that sell it.  I don't think it is in retail stores - at least not yet.
