Hi Rachel,

 

If you decide to do more grilling try slicing up a sweet potato with a bit of onion and seasoning; then wrap it up in foil and place it on your grill to cook.  Sometimes I'll drizzle a little olive oil on it as well.  The sweet potato is really tasty and it is a good compliment to your protein/meat.  Plus I've always thought that sweet potatoes were much better for you than regular potatoes.
