Hey Connie! Hope it was just grande!?!!!! My computer died, and cannot rely on using ex-jerko's so have very limited access. Did order a brand new HP Pavilion which should arrive by end of this next week, then the time detting it set up and running per their tech support--yeeeaaaaay, no need whatsoever from 'useless'!!!!!
