I tried to copy & paste but it didn't work, so, if your interested take a peek at 2 pictures on my profile of today's boating fun. We took Darla's family and had a blast..... At the age of "40" I decided to try water skiing, (Darla has those pictures) it took a couple times to get up but I did it. On my 4th fall I hit hard, face first and got a cut above my eye, didn't know it until my hubby said, your bleeding........Tonight I'm quite dizzy, either from the fall or dehydration.......But it was worth it....... I have to say this was a great day, the weather was hot & wonderful......The water felt fantastic. If you all didn't know, Darla is a dare devil.......She tubed & tubed & tubed.......Over the wake and everything, I was laughing so hard I nearly peed my pants. I on the other hand was scared to death........So her and Travis went tubing....... Marty my hubby see's why I go to coffee's........My friends are great....... Kelly

And tell Marty, of course we are great... we have the BEST board in the whole united states..... others want us to adopt them!!!! LOL

Boating?!! I LOVE BOATING. Can I join next time? I'll pay you money. lol. Though my work schedule would probably F stuff up anyway...ergh. Anyway, that looked FUN. Love boating, and swimming and fishing and ..... day dreaming. lol

LOL  Looks like you guys had a grand time!!!  I may have to hire you guys to get our boat going! - sigh... we went "boating" too.... ok drifting as we headed out and the motor decided not to work so we drifted until we got a tow into shore  lol

Lori, Bummer......I hate that when the boat mis-behaves........We did have a blast.......The water felt great on such a hot day. Darla is posting some photo's later today, check them out. I will be coming to Duluth the 19th & 20th for the Blue Angels airshow, maybe we and some others could hook up for coffee the 20th? PM me your number and I'll call you when I'm up there. Kelly

Oh man, Kelly -  We had the BEST TIME!!!  I will for sure add my photos tonight.  In fact, I think I'll call home and have Bailey get them online so maybe I can post a link later today! Yup, I got Kelly pre-ski, up conquering the wake, and - well, a tell-tale SPLASH shot when she went down    And one bloody "tear".  Somehow, I managed to color my hair last night after we got home.  If I tried to hold my arms up over my head that long today?  Well, it wouldn't be happening, THAT'S for sure...  Between the sunburn (Apparently, our sunscreen was inadequate) and using muscles I never knew I had, I'm a hurtin' unit!!    HAPPY, but hurtin'!! Marek is SUCH a sweetie!  The way he just snuggled into me to let me hang on to him while you and Marty were skiing/driving the boat?  Made my heart beep! THANK YOU from the bottom of my tube-lovin' heart!!!

Darla, You are so very welcome.........Marty see's why I like my OH friends.......He thought you were so nice and your kids........He really had a good time too.......He thought it was so funny when he fell off the tube and we all thought you yanked him off. You colored your hair? OMG I just crashed all night........I was so dizzy....I still am today, and my back.....OMG, I have muscles I didn't know I had.......I might have twisted wrong to when I fell. It was all worth it though. I can't wait to try it again, only I told Marty he has to go a little slower......... I bet your arms are weak & sore.......You were the Tubbing guru yesterday......Marty was so impressed on all your endeavors, tubing, boundary waters, etc. He wished I was a bit more adventurous....... Marek liked all you guys too.....He asked on the way home if we were going boating again tomorrow with you guys.......I just smiled and said, No, everyone has to go to work. But we can take them again sometime........He is a cute kid......I loved how he asked you guys if you were okay after you fell off the tube. He's so caring.......... So did you have any Jerky left when you got home? Kelly

We DID tear into the jerky before we even left the lake, but we were all too tired to chew.  So most of it is still in the fridge.  (DANG, that's good stuff!)  We hung out for another 45 minutes or so, Trav wanted to swim a little more - I told him we better do it there, 'cuz I couldn't promise him I'd have the OOOMPH to haul myself up the ladder to get in our pool once we got home! As for Marty's untimely wipe-out?     I SOOOOO considered yanking that rope!  But it truly was just an simple fall on his part!  The timing couldn't have been better, but I AM INNOCENT!!!   (hehehe...) Marek IS a great kid, making sure everyone was okay - how sweet was that???  Whatever will you do when he starts Kindergarten??? Answer:
