Happy Monday!  Wow, it was hard getting up and back to work this morning after a long weekend, but it does feel good to be back home.  Today I am getting myself refocused after a weekend of not-so-good food choices.  Well, here goes.  Today I will...get in at least 100 ounces of water if not more due to the heat, make wise food choices and eat only when really and truely hungry, exercise (depending on the weather tonight either a run or sculpt video), stay awake and focused at work today, and get to bed by or before 11:30 pm.  Yesterday I...no goals set for yesterday.

I am coming back to post on here......It will be a very good thing.

Today I will:

Take vitamins and meds....problem again lately.

I will watch very carefully what I eat......want to keep this losing thing going again.


I will get in my water....80 oz or more.

Be kind to myself, and others.

Diane~I am doing well, although I am fighting major sleepiness ( I think I need to get my butt to bed by 10:30 this week).  Congrats on your continued weightloss! I am kind of excited, because there is the possibility of a date with another guy I met on true.com.  I think this post is so important for me anyways because it helps me remember what it is I need to do each day to reach my goal and remain healthy.  If you have problems remembering to take your vitamins and meds set a reminder in either your email or cell phone to remind you!  After surgery I had to switch to regular release Wellbutrin, which meant I have to take it twice a day and I had the hardest time remembering it so I now have a reminder everyday at 2 pm that pops up and says "Take Wellbutrin" so I don't forget with as busy as I can get at work.  Everything else I take in the morning. I hope you have a fabulous Monday and stay cool!

Today I will: Drink 80-100 oz.        Eat 3 meals, protein 1st Be mindfull of what I eat Walk/jog on treadmill twice if the dizzy's go away........ Today is a new day and I'm ready to put the holiday behind me and get back to my routine,,,,,,,, Yesterday I did: Drank only 40 oz. Had 2 meals, combined protein & carbs 1st, had a sandwich on the boat I splurged a little yesterday and had a mini bag of chips on the boat I water skied a little & swam for exercise Have a wonderful day peep's. Hey Kelly!  I agree with you today is a new day and we get to put the holiday weekend in the past and move forward with our good choices!  Water sking sounds like fun!  What lake were you at?  I think I might have to add that to my list of things I want to learn to do some day!  Was the water warm enough?  I always hate swimming in lakes because it seems like they are only warm to a certain depth and then it is just way too cold!  I hope the dizzies go away those are no fun.  Have a great Monday!

Nicole, We were at Lake Pulaski in Buffalo, it's a Spring fed lake and very good water clarity, you can see down 11 feet. It's not one of those green water lakes........It was about 76 degree's I think, It was cold at first but then it just felt wonderful.........Water skiing is a blast.....My hubby just needs to slow down a bit for me, he was going 22 mph when I fell....OUCH..... Wow, that sounds beautiful, perhaps I will have to venture out that way sometime.  I don't know that I have ever been to a spring fed lake.  22 mph, yikes I could only imagine that had to hurt!

Welcome Elena!  I find that when I pack and eat my lunch I am so much better off during the day because I don't have to compromise or rationalize eating something I probably shouldn't.  The water is really important especially when it is this warm outside!  Keep up the great work, you are doing an awesome job!
