OT: Please help me name this kitty

See?! I knew ya'll would be helpful! I'm really liking "Timmy" (Jeanne, I loved the verse so I'd shorten Timothy), Rocky, and Radar! Very good names everyone but those are the one's standing out to me right now. My DH said he knows it's our's if I name it. LOL And I know in my heart I just can't let this cat go! It means too much to me now. Thanks everyone, I'll let you know the final decision on the name - stay tuned.

p.s. - I just realized the fish's names are Diamond Ring & Rocky - so I think Diamond and Rocky are out...but we'll see!

God knew you two would be good for each other so he's yours.  LOL I don't name my pets till I've had them a few days so they start to show their personality.  He's so cute and needs a good home being special needs.   At least it's only a kitten, we found a Bull Mastif sitting on our front porch once! I know you'll give him a great home and name.

Just brainstorming here... FROG (Fully Rely On God - he DID bring this kitty to you right when you needed him, and vice versa!) Kermit (see above) NASCAR ('cuz you said he keeps his motor runnin'!) I liked Radar too, 'cuz he's using his to track you guys! Or Sonar, as in how some animals track what they're looking for?  Then you could call him "Sonny" for short! How 'bout "Bob"?  I always wanted a pet named Bob.  Come on, it's funny!!!  "Here Bob!  Here kitty kitty kitty!  Come here, Bob!!!"  

I like your thoght process here...frog, nascar, radar, etc.

Name update: I liked a lot of these suggestions and a few of them got me thinking...so this is what I've come up with so far. Matteo = gift from God & is Italian, which reminds me of my Dad - since my surgery date was supposed to be on his b-day & he's deceased - anything that reminds me of him is a good thing. Maverick = favorite movie of all time is Top Gun & Tom Cruise's call was Maverick. I looked up the meaning & it also stated it's a person with independence of thought or action, a non-conformist; or, a stray animal without an owner's mark on it. (Wow was my reaction when I read that last part!). And I'm still thinking.
