Good Thursday morning everyone! It's time to rise and shine! It's going to be a wonderful day! The sun is coming up and a new day is here. We are going to be positive today and expect nothing but good things.

Our challenge for today is to find a new member of Obesity Help and welcome them to this site. I don't know about you, but this webiste changed me! FOREVER! I'm so much happier, so much healthier, and I have gained so much security about myself. Let's find a newby and welcome them today with a welcome that they will never forget. This is a great challenge, and a good one!

So, who's up this morning? What cha sipping on? Me? I came home to a box of NEW coffee in the mail. I joined Gevalia. HAHA! Go figure. I am enjoying the Mocha Java this morning and it sure doe**** the spot.

Randy, Ohhhh, I had the Mocha Java at my SIL, she added cinnamon to it, Yumo........ I'm going dress shopping today with Lucy....I'm so excited......And so honored...... Good post.
