7/3 Today I will....

Yipeee! It is the last work day for the week for me!  I am dragging due to lack of sleep lately, but hopefully that will get better as the day goes on.  Today I will...drink 100 oz of water/\CL, make good food choices (will be eating out both lunch & dinner), keep focused at work (been having issues with this lately), and get to bed at a decent time so I can wake up early with my nephews.  Yesterday I....drink at least 100 ounces of water/CL (but more water)--nope not very good at this one only got in 80 oz and most of that was CL, exercise (depending on the heat I am not sure if I will go out for a run or stay in and do a dvd)--nope spent that time dealing with the stupidity of QWEST, be mindful of what and how fast I am eating (noticed yesterday that I was just mindlessly shoveling food into my mouth, not a good thing)--did okay with this but definitely room for improvement, remain self-confident while out on date (do not become a "shrinking violet")--yup I did really well with this, finish packing for the weekend--got as much packed as I could but had to wait to do most of my toiletries until this morning, and get to bed by/before midnight--no, I didn't get to bed  until 12:30 or 12:45 (no wonder I am so tired).

Get to bed woman!!!  lol  those kids are going to run you ragged!  Have a wonderful time visiting family.  Gotta run... so much happening today! *hugs* all! Today I WILL: - track my liquids
- track my food intake and try to better my choices even though we are on the road today and eating dinner out - get my vitamins in again today!        AM:        PM:
- relax and really enjoy my time with friends tonight!!!
- get a couple of walks in

- make good food choices and track them     I think some could have been better... Should have passed on the cake - the chocolates - wonton... ok ok...  I need to improve here lol  Shall see how today goes     * 1/4C Broccoli cheese soup     * small piece watermelon     * 1x1" piece carrot cake     * 1/4C orange chicken     * 1 bite canteloupe     * 1/2 slice bread     * 3 SF chocolates     * 1/2 chicken wing     * 3 pieces fried cauliflower     * 1 cream cheese wonton     * 1 piece S&S chicken     * 1/4C fried rice... maybe... not that much     * 1/4C subgum - Vitamins!!     AM: check     PM: check - exercise     I took Wyndee, my American Eskimo pup out for my morning walk and boy am I paying for it!  She pulls on the leash an dI think my arm is still getting used to being at my side rather than pushed out by flubber...  but my shoulder is killing me today!  Also took a walk later in the day as I was wandering around bored... so figured I'd wander down the road to music  :)
