I'm a Runner!
I joined a running clinic through Healtheast on May 13. The first day we did three sets of run two minutes/walk two minutes; I thought I was going to die. When I looked at the training schedule and saw that we would be up to a 25 minute run by the 4th of July, I thought NFW. Well, guess what ... I ran 25 minutes last night!
This is the latest entry on my list of things I wouldn't have done before May 20, 2005.
Thanks to all for kind words and support over the past three years. You have made the journey easier.
Take care,
J

25 minutes...??? WAY TO GO! Congrats girlie - that's fantastic!
Congrats Jenny that is fantastic! Tonight I am going to be testing myself to see how long I can run without needing a walk break, because as Linn on the Exercise forum said I have become dependant on those walk breaks since I have just been doing interval training so far. Keep up the awesome work you are doing Fabulous!
