I tried, Connie - but sending to my email from my cell put it in a bitmap format, and when I tried to upload it to your photos and/or your avatar, it just wouldn't work. If all else fails, I will have my camera with me the NEXT time we meet, and do it up right!!!  (Will you be coming Thursday evening?  I'm having a CRS moment...)

I'm with Connie. I have a heckuva time changing my avatars. And I'm so with you--I LOVE BEING A GRAMMA!  My youngest grand- son is in town.  Poor little gaffer resembles Elmer Fudd---white hairless head, but HUGE blue eyes.  Apparently Gaius (pronounced Guy-us) does not easily laugh--but Gramma can make funny noises--like Elmo laughing--and funny faces and the kid belly laughes! Just learned that my daughter is expecting her second baby in Feb.  Galen will be a big brother! Tooo bad they live in Vancouver--half the continent away.

HIJACK........ Sweet Sue.......you have made me laugh with your discription of Gaius....he sounds adorable!!   Elmer Fudd.....it could be worse it could be Dumbo!! Congrats on another new baby on the way!!  Being a grandma is the absolute best thing in the world!! Love ya....connie d

I've mentioned 'Elmer Fudd' around the DIL and have gotten looks that could kill....Obviously wrong person to say such things around! Gaius DOES look Elmer Fudd--all he needs is that cap with the ear flaps and a rifle and Gaius could win a look-alike contest.  Baby doesn't talk yet--but if he developed a major lithsp it would be toooo funny!!  (Tragic too!) And YUP--Gaius could definitely resemble a worse character! But hey--Gaius has gotten to the stage when he's put on the floor to sit, he stays quite well. Ya know--'weebles wobble but they don't fall down'... My daughter Cate is concerned about having twins, as she is one. Don't know if that affects her baby-making at all.   I think my having twins was just the luck of the draw---it was the only way I got my daughter!  (She has 3 brothers--one of them being her twin--1 minute older.)  LOVE YOU!! I hope that we can connect soon!  I miss you!
