I recently had a cat scan to find the source of some random pouchy pain. Well they found nothing but about a week after the scan my Dr. called and said I have some pretty big ( lil bigger than golf ball size) ovarian cysts. Soooooooooooooo I saw the gyno yesterday and he wants them out :( While Im doing that my Bariatric surgeon will go in with him and see if she can find a reason for the pouch pain. They are looking for mid july so if you could send me your prayers and postive thoughts that all goes well I would appreciate them. Thanks for any good thoughts.. Linda Anne

That is a bummer but if it makes the pain go away then it will be worth it. I will definately say a prayer!

Well THAT'S a bummer! I mean, it's always good to get things fixed, and hopefully your bariatric surgeon will be able to figure out what's going on in there! But if you're like me, I'm sure you'd rather not have it involve a scalpel... I always said, after my hystericalectomy, that the next time a knife went into me, it would be for an autopsy. I guess the Big Man Upstairs gets final say in all this, eh? You'll be fine. Lots of prayers and chicken dances coming your way!

Whoa! Those cysts are painful when they burst! I've had two and the first one had me doubled over in pain and sent to the emergency room! My thoughts and prayers are with you hon! Love you, Edi
