OT-Update on Allison!

Hey everyone!! Thank you so much for praying for Allison!! Randy and I appreciate it sooo much!!!  Last night she was transferred to Birmingham Childrens hospital.  After 7 doctors examined her face, her tests, her eyes, sinus', etc.  WE believe that God performed a miracle!  Because now all they can see is that she broke her nose, the left orbital bone around her left eye and that she suffered a bad concussion.  The tests initially showed it to be much worse!!  They also said they do not have to do surgery!! PTL!!  (they were talking about doing surgery to fix the bones, possibility of losing the left eye etc).  She got up and walked a little and she had no nausea.  She could go home later today or tomorrow morning if the nausea is gone!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you or your family members go 4 wheeling, please talk to them about being safe, looking out for obstacles and in general being careful!! I know sometimes things are unavoidable, but it never hurts to be reminded of safety!!  I work in a hospital and have seen some tragic things happen as a result of 4 wheeling, so please be carfeful!!!  GIve your kids and family members hugs and extra hugs today and make sure you tell them you love them everyday!!!!! Thanks for your continued prayers!!! I love you all!!!

Miracles do happen - the Power of Prayer is alive and well. So glad you reached out to this group for support and prayer.  Praise God for bringing her through this.  I'm sure there will be a few weeks of healing - but God is good for allowing nothing more serious to happen. Take care and keep us updated on her progress.

This is proof positive that prayer works!  I am so glad to hear that Allison is doing better and that everything is going to work out.  My mom is an EMT and sees many ATV accidents and so our whole family is very careful when riding on them.  I will make sure and give my nephews extra hugs and kisses when I see them this weekend!
