Does anyone know if or what buses go to U?

I have my appointment with Dr. Buchwald and I want to be able to take a bus from work (Downtown MPLS).  I could research it, but just wondered if anyone knew offhand. Thanks.... P

Paul~After looking at the Metro Transit websit it looks like the bus that will take you right Uof M Fairview is the 2, the 272 and 144 both say they go to the U of M and they run along Washington Ave, but the 2 said specifically FUMC.  If you want more specific info go to http://www.metrotransit.org I hope this helps!

I found it.  The 16 goes right down Washington and stops at Harvard, then it's just about a block walk.  I've taken the 16 many times, I just wasn't sure where the clinic was.  Got it now.  I've eaten lunch on the Washington strip several times.  Hong Kong Noodles was my old fav. My appointment is Wednesday around 1.  Hey perhaps I'll have lunch down there.  Anyone wanna join me? P

Well, if I get a call Monday or Tuesday from BCBS with an approval, then I may just be down there on Wed. for a preop. So, keepin' my fingers crossed, let's touch base closer to Wednesday. I'm very excited for you to meet Dr. B., Paul!!!
