Hi all, I've been trying to modify some of my summer recipes to me more WLS friendly.  I think that this one turned out pretty well for those of us that don't mind eating a little pasta. Tuna Pasta Salad 1 cup Barilla Plus elbow macaroni (prepared according to package directions) 1 6oz. can tuna packed in water, drained 1/2 cup 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese 1/2 cup tiny peas, frozen 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1.  As pasta is boiling, put frozen peas in colander.  When pasta is done, drain over the frozen peas (this will thaw the peas). 2.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Salt and pepper to liking. 3.  Done! This makes approximately 6 - 1/2 cup servings.  Per Serving:  Calories: 122, Fat:  5g, Carbs: 11g, Fiber:  2g, Protein:  11g
