Good morning!!

Nicole!  I love the new avatar!  The contacts really let your pretty eyes shine out!!  and love that blouse!!  All around looking wonderful!! Diane - caught a glimpse of you in the shower pics... update your avatar hun!!
Today I WILL: - water - vitamins     AM: check
    PM: - walk - track my foods        * 2T Cottage cheese
       * 1/4C egg salad
       * slice flax grain bread
       *
- clean off the organ - clean the bedroom floor and take out dog crates. - maybe take Gus to the tat shop to see his "grandmom"  They want to see how much he's grown!  He's about 5 months old and over 60lbs now.  I"ll have to bring him to the vet and have him weighed again.  I want to keep tabs on his weight.
Yesterday I:
- walk
didn't make it with the rain. - vitamins     2 days
    AM: check

    PM: check!
- water
did great with liquids but not as much actual water as I should be having  starting today out with 18oz before coffee - having lunch with a friend from work and need to make good choices.     I did fine.  We split a salad and he was happy with that.  What a difference going out to eat with him vs. Roger...  now if we were both single... *sigh*
- FOOD TODAY:
       * 1/2 Perkins Strawberry Pecan Salad
       * 2 glasses plain iced tea
       * 16oz coffee
       * 4 Kashi crackers        * 1/3C egg salad        * Coffee        * Water        * SF mint candy piece        * yogurt        * 1/4C Special K Protein cereal - head to work and get the paperwork filled out to get paid for my time off when I had surgery a year ago...
nah... I'll try to go this afternoon.. I can get the paperwork filed but need the hours and that is going to take time to look up.  Saturday should be an easier day for that.  That and I just didn't want to go out in that downpour!  lol
- clean??  lol  I swore I would do this when it rained... Mother Nature is calling my bluff!     I got the living room pretty set other than the organ.  I need to take the scrapbooking stuff down and put it away and oil the wood on the organ.  wouldn't hurt to open it up and play some as well  :)  I haven't done that in too long.
Lori  - bringing home *MY* form of sexy one day at a time!

Hi everyone! I've been busy working most of the day today (again) so this is my first chance to check in.  I hope that all of you are having an enjoyable Saturday. Today I will... 1) Drink at least 80oz. water. 2) Go for a walk with DH after dinner tonight. 3) Try tuna and chicken to see if they agree with me. 4) Plan meals for the rest of this week and go to store to make purchases. Yesterday I... 1) Keep trying to drink as much water as I can.  (this one is really starting to tick me off!) - still struggling with this.  Got less than 40oz. yesterday.  2) Have a productive day at work. - Yes, got a LOT done, but very very tired at the end of the day. 3) Get my hair cut and foiled so that I don't look like a cave-woman anymore and can get respite from this long, thick hair (I can't WAIT for my hair to thin due to WLS). - Yes, so glad to have gotten my hair done.  Will post pics once I get the residue color washed off of my forehead and have a better hair day (I have curly hair and don't always like how it looks when I come from the stylist). 4) Depending on when I come home, go for a walk with DH (I need to start getting into a regular exercise routine.  My back hurt from sitting so much yesterday) - didn't get home until almost 10pm and still hadn't eaten dinner yet and was hungry.  So, the walk didn't happen.
