July 11 camping trip

I love camping so I'll be at the July 11/12 Baker Park event. I reserved a campsite but I'll be on it by myself. If anyone wants to spilt the cost and pitch their tent on my site you are welcome to it. It would be $22.  How do we work the food? I saw that some people were making specific things for meals; are these shared meals? Do we all chip in?  w.

YAY WENDY!!! Last time, rather than chip in $, we all just contributed food for a meal - We'll have to start a thread in a week or so to get the meals figured out, probably Saturday meals, and maybe Sunday breakfast.  I've got breakfast covered Saturday morning, I think Tracy was doing dinner Saturday along with Dana - we'll get it figured out! What site will you be in?  Me & mine will be in G22, just so ya know...  Tent, not camper.  I'm not sure which site Tracy and Sherry have reserved - I believe Dana is just a burp away from me in H loop? SO GLAD YOU'RE COMING!!!

We are camping at the KOA in Rogers this weekend.. WoooHooo..  We havent gotten near enough camping in this year yet.. 

Camping Virgin here, Darla promised to be gentle! Besdies the food list,can someone tell me what else I need beside a sleeping bag. This is realllllllllllllly out of my box :) but I am looking forward to it (Ithink) I will be tenting with Sherry & Tracy (sweets souls that they are, I promise I won't wimp out. I'm even cancelling out of another commitment on the 12th wooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooo

Last weekend I took a friend camping with me. She had never been camping before and loved it. I bet you will too.  Bring bug spray.

If you have a camp chair, that would be good - otherwise there are usually extras around the fire.   There's a really nice shower building at Baker, so if you'll want to shower, bring a towel and your other "stuff"!   Swimsuit, if you're so inclined A mug for Dana's coffee might be a good idea! Oh - and bull**** repellant.  Gotta have that.

YaY Wendy...!!  How exciting!  Yes to everything Darla said..LOL..   We will start and official list some time next week maybe AFTER the 4th since its kinda busy for folks right now.. WooooHooooo!!

Just wanted you all to know that I will be there Friday night and part of Saturday, but have to leave on Sat evening as I have to be at church on Sunday due to a congregational meeting that I have to present at (Dang, WHY did I say I'd be the chairperson!?!?!?!?!?).   Oh well, one night is better than none. Do we need any more food for meals?  I could probably bring my kabobs again...they seemed to go over well up nort - in Dulut - with that group there.  I don't know if they would be enough for a whole meal, but they would be a good part of it. Let me know what I need to bring and for which meal.... Thanks! LKJ  8 )
