Holy Freakin' Hannah!
I went to my one week post-surgery appointment today and I am down 15 lbs since my surgery on June 18th. How is that even possible? Since my pre-surgery consult on February 19th this year, I am down 72 lbs. overall. I still have about a hundred lbs. to go, but I am in utter shock. Twoterville is in sight! I haven't seen that in a decade.
Congrats Dude!!!! You're doing excellant

And then the RNY - where you undoubtedly got the "Man Pouch"? Hmmmm... Rick? You had better get yourself a belt, or some suspenders or something... 'cuz everyone knows that the "man pouch" works notoriously fast! You don't want to be in the middle of Wallyworld and drop trow or anything...
