I just wanted to send a note to say a big THANK YOU! To all of you that have answered my questions and given support. It's really nice to know there are people that really care about others and are always happy to share experiences

. My surgery is July 29th and I can't wait to be able to help others the way you all have helped me! (((HUGS))) to everyone

Heidi, This is the best group of people in the world, so supportive and loving. And the best thing is that you can get all the wls help you need and help for other things too. Even though it may not be directly related to the surgery, everything in our lives affect our journey and our success. Stay in contact. Meet all you can meet. I've met several dozen people and have found that they are even more beautiful and wonderful in person. Debi
