Update on Pearl.....

OH sweetie, my heart breaks for you, Pearl, and her family, and all the wonderful people on here who will miss her.......

I never met her, but heard many wonderful things. You can be at peace knowing you helped her life be a little better by your friendship and devotion.

I will say a prayer tonight for you, and everyone who's life Pearl touched.

I never knew Pearl and it is sad to hear that she's been going through so much pain.  I pray that she will be at peace with minimal suffering during these last few days.  In reading these threads, I see that you are all are terrific bunch of people that are very supportive of one another no matter what else is going on.  It's good to know that there are such kind and loving people in our community that reach out to others and support them through thick and thin.

But take comfort in knowing you were a true friend to Pearl and that is what she needed! I'm glad I sent her all the cards I did! Praying for Pearl & her family - and you & your's, too, Connie.

Connie I am so sorry about Pearl.

This may sound stupid, but did she have RNY surgery? Is that what caused her to be in this horrible situation? I don't know the back story, and it's okay if you're not in the mood to talk about it, I'm just curious.

My heart breaks for you, her, and her family. If there is anything I can do, let me know.
