When do you exercise?
I go to the club and do a one hour class of many types. I like to mix it up. Tonight I am doing water aerobics for my first time. :O) Wed. morning I will do a class, but usually it is in the evening. When I am teachng full time during the school year I have to do it at night. Now there is more flexibility and I just find a variety of classes I like and that makes me work hard! :O)
Good to see an exercise post..........I am always so caught up in what I should be eating........like to remember the exercise! :O)

I thought about joining a club but the one thing I want to do (swimming) is downtown and would be a real *blank* to get to each day.
I seriously thought about saving my pennies (nickels, dimes and $20s) and investing in one of those soft sided lap pools.
What types of classes do you take? I may have to look into stuff around here... seems there are so many of those 24 hour fitness things and nothing actually structured...

I go to LifeTime Fitness. When I started out I did lots of lap swimming on my own. Now, I never do that for some odd reason. Some of the classes I go to are: total conditioning, strike (a class that uses weighted gloves as you move) a few different weight lifting classes, a class called core (really works on your deep muscles.....I'm still hoping mine are in there somewhere!) kickboxing, water aerobics, soul grooves.
I have found that I just have to go move in these classes. Some of the moves are really hard, but as long as my heart rate monitor shows that I am in my range, I am happy! :O)
It feels so good to get in the swing of this!
