When do you exercise?
When during the day do you get moving and what do you do?
When I'm working- I work afternoon shift (5pm-130am)
I try to get my walk in after my computer time in the morning - generally around 11am or so. I walk for a mile or 2 depending on leg numbness.
If I start to get antsy later in the day I'll go out and walk up and down the road a few times.
If I do my bowflex (which I need to do more of) I do that in the AM as well.

Hey there I do daycare and I get up around 6am sit on the couch sip on coffee kids start coming at 6:30 Eat breakfast around 7-8 then we are out side.... I know I am not much help!!!!!! We go for walks and sometimes it seems to take FOREVER cuz the kids have to stop and rest.... LOLOL Last year it was me and this year it is them WOOOOOHOOOOO..... I don't go to the gym anymore just cuz I do daycare all hours of the day and night and We try to go for walks at night also. Good luck to you my sweets.....

What a great turn around for you :) I know that sometimes when I'm out on my walk (back and forth up and down our little dirt road) that my grand daughter will come booking down her driveway to go walkies with gramma :) We have to slow way down (she's only 18 months) but it's worth it!

Lori~For the most part I exercise in the evening because I have to get up at 6:15 am to get ready for work and any earlier would not be a very energetic workout! Depending on what I have going on after work and what time the yoga class I want is offered I workout between 4:30 and 6:30 pm. This pushes my dinner back to about 7 or 7:30, but since my metabolism is up from the workout I figure it's okay. Workingout after work also helps to relieve a lot of the tension both physical and mental that builds up during the day. However, this weekend I did my run/walk in the middle of the afternoon, which was odd and bit warmer than I am used to, but it still felt good! I hope this helps!

Right now I walk/jog on the treadmill either before breakfast or right after.
But I'm going to get back on track, which means after breakfast, after luch, after supper or before bedtime.......I'll mix up the treadmill & home gym.........
I feel the one that benefits me the most is the one after supper or before bedtime, it helps me sleep better and seems to help the weight come off better.........
